  Polls are open from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 PM

PLEASE NOTE – FOR THIS SPECIAL ELECTION ONLY

The Town of PUTNAM VALLEY has been TEMPORARILY consolidated into one polling place.
 The PUTNAM VALLEY AMBULANCE CORPS, 218 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, NY 10579,
 will be the ONLY polling place open for voting in Putnam Valley.

“Shall the Town of Putnam Valley issue a $3.8 million dollar bond for the construction of a Municipal Recreational Center?” Y/N

An absentee ballot may be obtained by filling out the absentee ballot application, which can be found on the Town’s website, or gotten in the Town Clerk’s Office. The application may be mailed, scanned, faxed or brought to the Town Clerk’s Office. All  completed ballots must be in the Town Clerk’s office or at the Putnam Valley Post Office by 5:00 PM on July 13th. The Town Clerk’s Office will be open until 5:00 PM on July 13th to collect absentee ballots only.

MEDICATION DROP-OFF BOX

Putnam Valley (as a result of a Putnam County Grant) has a medication drop-off box installed in the main hall of your Town Hall Office.  The box is accessible from 8 AM until 4 PM each day here at Town Hall when Town Hall is open.  All prescription and non-prescription medication pills, capsules, patches, vitamins and pet medications can be deposited in the box.  NO liquids, lotions, inhalers, sharp objects, needles, aerosols or thermometers can be deposited.
