In Honor of Our
Veterans
On Saturday, July 19, 2003,
Putnam Valley celebrated its Fifth Annual Town Day Celebration.
To mark the occasion, a Veterans Recognition Ceremony was held to
honor our Veterans from the area. A Certificate (signed by
Supervisor Carmelo Santos and Town Day Chair Bob Tendy) and a
Commemorative Town Day Pin were given to each Veteran that was
present. The offer is extended to those Veterans that were
unable to attend and the items may be picked up at the Supervisor's
office.
