The Board of Assessment Review is an independent volunteer Board that conducts the Grievance Day proceedings.

Grievance Day is normally held in the evening on the 4th Tuesday in May from 6pm-10pm, and appears as a listing under the Calendar and Agendas section of this website.  If you cannot attend the Grievance Day proceeding in person, the forms can be filed with the Assessor's office before the Grievance Day deadline.
