The following public hearings have been scheduled for September 18, 2017 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.






1. Fiorentino, Annette- Wiccopee Road
(TM#41.-2-14/File2017-0169)

The subject property is comprised of +/- 57 acres and is located on
Wiccopee Road within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a seven lot subdivision.

2. Zreik, Michael- 52 Indian Lake Rd
(TM#72.-1-17.2/File2017-0171)

The subject property consists of +/- 25 acres of land and located in the
CD Zoning District. Application is to obtain wetland, tree and major
grading permits and site plan approval to mitigate existing violations
and construct putting green.



3. F. C. Putnam Sports- 7 Bryant Pond Road
(TM# 63.-3-2/File 2016-0161)

The subject property is comprised of +/- 13.5 acres and is located on
7 Bryant Pond Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to construct a two story training facility with office, locker
rooms, storage, pro shop and bathrooms.


4. Stag Residence- Canopus Hollow Road
(TM#72.-1-33/File2017-0174)

The subject property is comprised of +/- 65 acres and is located on
Canopus Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to construct a single family residence and barn, each with
separate driveways, wells and septic systems.



5. Dipillo, David- 370 Church Road
(TM# 73.13-1-25/ File 2017-0173)


The subject property is comprised of +/- 1.66 acres and is located on
370 Church Road within the R-1 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a second floor addition to existing single family residence.


6. Faber-Manning/Hudson Highlands Land Trust- 262 Church Rd.
(TM#73.-1-46 & 73.-1-49 / File 2017-0172)


The proposed action involves a lot line realignment between the lands
of Faber-Manning and Hudson Highlands Land Trust; the proposed
action will result in a minor reconfiguration of the property.
