This Board reviews and, if acceptable, approves plans and proposals for building projects to ensure compliance with Town, County, State, and Federal laws, codes, and ordinances. The first step in any (development/proposal) project is to contact Laura Lussier at this office to present your plans, drawings, and blueprints.

 In the case of renovations, single family residences, and extensions, contact the Building and Zoning Department at Town Hall.
