Two Session Each Day
Morning 9:30am – 12:00pm
Afternoon 1:00pm-4:00pm
Join the HHLT For a conservation sciens study and an off trail walk.  We will be learning about the deer poulation on our new property, Granite MOuntain Preserve in Putnam Valley, NY.
Explore the woods in teams while walking one or more half mile long transects to estimate the deer density per square mile.  Expect to walk at least two miles on rough terrain.  Best for adult volunteers; students age 12+ welcom with an adult guardian.  For more info email granitemt”at” hhlt.org
